aXcelerate is the student management system used by the training organisation you are studying with. The Learner Portal allows you to view and access information about your training including your Courses, Resources and Personal Details. Your Training Provider will create your user account and provide you with access to the Learner Portal.
The Learner Portal Homepage will show any courses that you have been enrolled in as well as any available Learnings, Asessments, Resources and Announcements.
Tip: The terminology used for Courses and Units may differ in your Learner Portal. For the purposes of this article, Courses are the enrolments that are displayed on the home page and Units are the sub-components of a Course in an enrolment that are displayed on the Course Overview page.
Note: If you have any difficulties accessing the Learner Portal please contact the Training Organisation you are studying with for assistance.
The Learner Portal is accessed from the following URL: https://app.axcelerate.com/learner/
Tip: You will receive your login details when your Training Provider creates your user account. If this is your first time logging into the portal, you will be prompted to reset your password.
Note: If you are unable to update your personal information, this function may be disabled in the Learner Portal. You may need to contact your training administrator so that they can update your profile on your behalf.
You are able to see invoices and payments linked to courses you are enrolled into on the Payments Tab of your Profile Settings. You can also process payments via credit direct through your portal.
Note: If you are unable to process payments, this function may be disabled in the Learner Portal. You may need to contact your training administrator to organise payment of your course externally to the portal.
The calendar allows you to view your upcoming training events in a weekly, monthly or daily view. The details of an event can be viewed by clicking on the event name.
Tip: The arrows in the top left corner allow you to move forward or back to the previous Month, Week or Day depending on which view you are using.
All of the Courses you are currently enrolled in will be displayed on the home page. Clicking on a Course will display information about the course and your enrolment.
